Programs Available
Regardless of the sport being prepared for, training is designed around a yearly plan. The focus of training changes depending on the timing of the competitive season. At Smart Performance we will consider the timing of training relative to your competitive season and design an optimized training plan to achieve maximal results. These services can be provided for individual sport athletes or teams.
The following schedule below is for football.
Jan – April – OFF-season Training Starts Jan 9th 2023.
(4 Training sessions a week )
May – August – Summer Training
( 8 Training sessions a week)
September – November – In season Starts 17th 2022.
( 1-2 Training sessions a week)
December – Post Season Regeneration
( 1-2 Training sessions a week)
